ICP Wind offers a wide range of Carbon Brushes, both in copper- and silver-graphite materials. Manufactured to perform in extreme conditions, including cold and warm climates, low or high humidity, for onshore and offshore located wind turbines.

4020-CMB8-250 is a high-performance copper-graphite carbon brush that can be successfully used for both power transfer and shaft grounding. The brushes high material conductivity ensures problem-free power transfer together with low electrical losses. Low friction contributes to low mechanical losses. An exceptional combination of high conductivity and low friction results in low electrical and mechanical wear of the brush and provides extended service life and high performance in operation.

4020-CMB8-250 carbon brush is slip ring friendly and eliminates any wear or damage to the slip ring system. Patina is easily formed to maintain smooth current transfer and low friction in brush operation. Low friction provides its extremely long service life.
